This lockdown period is in itself, a major task of all of us, we weren’t used to it right? Just sitting at home, spending the entire day doing nothing… Too Busing Right??? No worries!! We’ve a solution for this too!!! Why not do something great, something productive? You will thank yourself later for this!! Don’t worry! It can be productive without being exhaustive and tiring. 1. Read that book/Novel

This is the best time to get yourself engaged into a book! Not only, engaging, but will also, keep you from all the negativities around, atleast for sometime…!!
Why not, continuing a book you once left incomplete or Try Kindle as there are plenty of books available.
Reading books not only strengthens your brain, but also builds up your vocabulary and reduces the stress by keeping the negativities away, which is much needed at this time…!!




 

2.Take Up an Online Course

Technology has been so upgraded, so why not make a good use of it, especially during this phase of time.
These are plenty of online platforms, providing a variety of courses. You can choose any of them according to your liking. This will not only add up to your Resume, but also to your skillset!!!




Maybe you can take some language courses, which will help you with working on yourself. Like this, you can jump from foundational level courses to advanced level courses to gain expertise in that particular field…
Trust us!!!This will be fruitful!!!

 

3. Diet & Workout

Most of us are sitting doing absolutely nothing at home. This can have serious effect on health. We must not ignore it. it is obvious that we can’t go out and work out in gyms, but here’s what you can do…
To, try some yoga at home itself. Trust us! You will definitely feel good! you will not only ensure for your physical fitness but also for mental peace and a balanced metabolism.

Music is the perfect mood lifter! Good Music brings peace, happiness and helps in regulating your emotions. In short, it relaxes the mind and thus, reducing your stress levels. This will return your energy you have already lost doing nothing at home or may be engaging in basic household chores!

6. Cleanup/ Declutter

This is the best time to declutter or cleanup the mess you’ve created before. It can be anything, may it be a bedroom, wardrobe or kitchen. This will not only organize your things well, but will also reduce stress / negative vibes from the environment.

Minimalism gives you a clarity of mind, reduces stress and distractions and increases your productivity.
