Remember those days when you feel exhausted and lazy at the same time and you get to drink this! It’ll be a self made day. Recipe is as simple as it seems to be. Let’s take a look at the recipe:

9. Cortado

This coffee is much popular in spain and portugal. It is said to be originated in San Francisco, California. Again hot milk and espresso are key ingredients. It’s just that there’s equal amount of espresso and milk.  Let’s take a look at the recipe:

Ingredients:

  • Espresso

Instructions:

Losing body weight is not something you can achieve in a day or two. You need to pay proper attention towards it. Therefore I have come up with some weight loss drinks which will not only help you boost metabolism which keeps you active but also will help in weight loss if you follow one of them regularly along with your diet. So some of the weight loss drinks are:

Lemon honey drink: Now this one is the most effective for me. You just need to drink this before any meal right in the morning. The detailed recipe is as follows:

Ingredients :

Half slice lemon

1 Spoon honey

Recipe:

Just take a deep vessel and heat 1 glass of water in it.  Pour the water in the glass and add lemon juice followed by honey. Mix them well and your drink is ready.

Next is ginger drink or ginger tea without milk will also work fine. Now in hot water you just need to add few slices of ginger and you are sorted. This drink will boost up your metabolism and help you in digestion thus proving to be best for losing weight.

Black coffee helps in cutting down your calorie intake, at the same time keeps you active throughout the day thus proven to be best for weight loss.

Actually fresh fruit juice also helps you provide essential nutrients your body needs, thus promoting healthy diet.

Dinner recipes healthy || try out now

Thinking for what to have in dinner can be really annoying sometimes especially when you neither want to have ghar ka khana nor order online!

Here I have come up with some cool ideas for dinner which are tasty and at the same time diet healthy.

Scrambled eggs comes first in the list! They are not only a healthy option but also scrumptious at the same time. You can add some mayo or mustard sauce, it will take it to another level.

Another thing you can consider is soya(chaap). Homemade masala soya is my all time favourite.

Next you must try chana chaat . The recipe is very simple, just boil some white chanas and add some sprouts, corns, onions, tomatoes, potatoes. Add some lemon juice, chaat masala and the dish is ready. Just compliment this with garlic bread or so.

Now this one is my favorite, just boil some yellow dal in a pressure cooker with some salt and black pepper. Then you need to prepare the tadka for it so that it’s eatable. Now for the tadka just add some ghee in a pan,a couple of dried red chillis, jeera, hing . Add this tadka into your dal and you are done!

Breakfast ideas for a week || Easy and diet friendly

Breakfast is a very important meal of the day. It’s rightly said that you must have the breakfast like a king! However some of us like to skip it at all. Since I am a night owl, I also end up skipping my breakfast which is very wrong. I am too currently working on it.Here I have suggested some breakfast ideas which I personally like to have in the morning whenever I feel like having something lighter.

So the first in the list is eggs. You can start with eggs on Monday. A boiled egg with a toast is a perfect meal. It’s wholesome and at the same time has right amount of proteins which will keep you active throughout the day. I also like to have black coffee after this.  Aaah! What a freshness it gives me!

Tuesday is Bhagwan Ji ka din! So cannot have eggs or something non vegetarian.(An old myth) Poha is another option you can have with lots of vegetables, top this up with coffee, now in order to be filling you can replace your black coffee with the normal one . That’s what I actually do!

PS: Don’t mind I have coffee every day, so I will include it here as well!

Wednesday is a day where in after a day of being vegetarian, I crave for something non vegetarian, but at the same time having chicken right in the morning or as your first meal is not appropriate. So I adjust this craving again with some eggs. This time I make an omlette and compliment it with cornflakes and milk. Here I skip coffee (Although it’s hard to miss it)

For Thursday there’s nothing special, some oats along with black coffee works fine for me!

Idli’s are a very good option in the morning, when you want to have something light. Idli’s work with any kind of dal, be it moong ki dal. Or you can have masala idli’s, you just need to toss them up in soya and red chilli sauce and you are sorted!

Again I have black coffee along with it!
